NBA Jam Fans need to watch this video
Usul:
Concerning the video, I think his spot on knowledge is awesome. I work with the guy every day here at work and outside of the hobby and I've never met anyone who loves consoles/arcade games more (except for his counterpart John D, who I used to work with too). Great collector too. His home arcade is pretty amazing, especially his consoles collection and carts. There a great deal of research involved in vids like this and he deserves a pat on the back. :-)

can't agree more. I was blown away by the level of details Ito was able to present. Can't imagine all the research that must have taken place! Props to Ito. Are there any pics of his collections and home arcade available online? I am curious to see how he lives his obvious passion.
Malenko:
I'd like to know the source behind him saying Michael Jordan was in the game during testing, I've never heard that before. MJ's licensing was separate from the NBAs for years prior to NBA Jam coming out, so I doubt they didnt know it'd cost a mint to put him in the game.
Billy_Goatfeet:
C'mon guys I think you are being a bit hard on the guy. It's easy to be critical but if any of us got in front of the camera could we do much better? I thought it was very informative, perhaps long but there was a lot of information to get across. That guy knows his stuff and did a lot of research, nice work.

Without critisism, how can he improve? Im not exactly nit picking, a 3 part segment would have been much better. Its bit daunting to be 4 minutes in, bored and see 26 minutes remaining in the video. Maybe drop most of the common knowledge, put some of the uninteresting technical details in a paragraph or two under the vid? It wasnt my intent to sound harsh or Xaiouish but I figured since that one guy know the guy, he could pass it along
DeLuSioNal29:
Xaiouish... :lol (love it!)
I have a few pics of his gameroom but it's changed a lot since then. I'll try to post a vid or pics next time I'm there.
In the meantime, you can see some of his collection behind him in this vid:
