I think being secretly x-rayed goes against your rights.
On another note, my fiance has a certificate in radiation safety that's hung on the wall... people always ask about that one, it's hilarious. But yeah, it's just for x-ray stuff though I tell people she's studying Gamma radiation.

The only difference with now is that this is an x-ray instead of an infrared ray as in the case before, and cars instead of houses. (Cars still require a search warrant exactly the same as a house. And only reasonable suspicion can overrule the need for a warrant.)
