Blitz 99 build

I found a old NBA Showtime cab and I have an old NFL Blitz 99 board and harddirve.  I started putting them together but I noticed something crazy.  The cables on the showtime cab have two set of female inputs.  There is an adaptor but I never seen it before where can I get one?  2 are fine but 2 are broken.  

Ill post pics of the build as I go.
