The pushbuttons that you purchased from Paradise Arcade Shop are 100% Happ Controls Pushbuttons.  These pushbuttons were purchased from Happ in a large lot of 5,000 + units.  These pushbuttons were shipped direct from Happ and not one box was tampered with. The pushbuttons without the marking are one of the first lots that were made in China during the transition time between iL and Happ. They did not put their marking on the first lot of pushbuttons.

Just noticed your 1-4 player imprint black buttons! :applaud: However, "FORUMS" doesn't work for free shipping on an order I'm trying to place of $159...

Got it... lol, since added over 150 products in the last 3 weeks and changed around categories, it kept the vouchers only on the original categories..... All fixed now :)

What was added?
We have the absolute large balltop selection anywhere, including our own seemless ball tops:
http://www.paradisearcadeshop.com/62-balltops

We added Seimitsu and Sanwa buttons:
http://www.paradisearcadeshop.com/29-sanwa-pushbuttons
http://www.paradisearcadeshop.com/56-seimitsu-pushbuttons

And more products coming in shortly!

Great idea, I'll get on that tonight, it's been a few days since I made a video. I guess it's time for a new one...

Plus, we have a brand new product on the horizon.  This is one that is sure to be a crowd pleaser here at BYOAC.  Our development team (which is not me and 2 imaginary friends, at least 2 of us are real. We are however suspicious about the third person) has been hard at work getting together some new products.  So keep you eyes open!

Figured I'd try here as well since an email response was taking a bit - are your Il-Lumination single color button LEDs (http://www.paradisearcadeshop.com/arcade-pinball-leds/101-super-bright-button-lights-12vdc.html) pre-wired or not?  Going to be placing an order soon and that's a key decision in what LED route to go.

Also, are the prices on the website or in the first post more accurate?  What should we do if there's a discrepancy?

Necro, sorry we were out of town part of this weekend and catching up on emails, the single LEDs are not prewired, and are in limited supply.  We brought those in to offer some options but we are getting 95% RGB orders so we'll probably discontinue them as they run out.

We can't give fully free shipping to Canada, but put a note with your order and we'll refund what it would have cost for shipping in the US, that way you get the same discount.  We do everything flat rate so it's 6/12/15 for shipping.  I wish we could do free shipping to Canada too, but it's a little bit more expensive to ship.

I've been looking at your LED buttons with black and white inserts:  http://www.paradisearcadeshop.com/en/35-led-pushbutton-with-bw-insert.html

Do you have any labels that say "Exit" (or "Escape").  What does the "Trojans" option mean on your site??  Does it mean custom text?  I have emailed but got no response?

Wow it's been a while since we posted to the sales thread, but we have a few exciting things coming and I thought I would share one.
Here is a very simple adapter that is used to take the inputs from a Gonbes-8150, VGA to CGA adapter and feed that signal directly into a Jamma harness....

Just an easy way to convert a VGA singal and feed RGB into a Jamma harness!

We have a nice little find with a small stock of Slikstik spinners coming available on our site in the near future..

Aloha Cliff, I was under the impression that you have received your complete order. I know you got your joysticks and on the 8th you let me know that I had forgotten the EZ On wires....so I sent them out right away, they were actually the last we had and left us with 10. I had no idea you hadn't gotten them yet!  We will be getting more in about 2 weeks. If you don't want to wait I can send you some daisy chains and refund you for the EZ on wires. My sincere apologies Cliff!

Kudos to Susan.

I had recently placed an order and when i received it, two of the ordered ball tops were missing.  I placed a call, and then the new ones were shipped out that day.  I received the order a couple days later and apparantly they had run out of the ones that i ordered, so she sent a replacement pair of seamless ball tops in the same color.  Thanks!!  Awesome Service!

Well I'm glad others are having good luck with paradise arcade. I placed an order over 5 days ago, havent got a anything that the order has been shipped. Sent two emails with no reply. I know its a small home operation, but a little correspondence goes a long way. And I was hoping to get my panel done this weekend....

I've used Paradise a lot in the past and probably will continue to do so because I genuinely like them and their products, but my last order took over 2 weeks to complete. Just FYI.

Well I guess I only have another week to wait then! I figured I would try someone new, and their web site stated they should be back to same day shipping by the end of the week(that was last week). I cancwled my order thru another vendor because the parts I ordwrwd got held up in customs for a week. Thought I could try getting the same parts sooner from paradise. Guess I couldve just waited from the the other vendor and got them within the same time, or sooner! Thus is this hobbie I supoose....

Hey guys, sorry,
We had a phenomenal Christmas season which was great but challenging.  We actually brought Susan's nephew out to catch everything up for 6 weeks.  When he left things were same day, until the surge kept going through Feb........
We purchased a new order handling system, that should expedite order handling and restocking issues.  And I am taking the next week off from the hospital to get Susan caught up and get this system on board so we can about double our order processing rate.  It will also automatically notify all customers of the package progress from the time the order is placed...  Redbeard this doesn't help you for this weekend, but I will take a look at your order if you email me directly armi0024@gmail.com.  If it hasn't gone out I will see if there are some "enhancements" we can add for your wait.

Now.... what is exciting is that the molds are done, the ball tops are in, and the shafts...are almost done!!! What molds?  What shafts, what ball tops????
For those of you that like Sanwa's.... here is a great new mod, only available through us!  The button on the left has our custom molded plunger.... A similar plunger is available for Seimitsu buttons

Custom Sanwa restrictors?  Don't want to drop $5 for a new octagon or circle restrictor plate, we will have them here for about half that starting in March:

Ball tops... a beautiful translucent milky white:

And the shafts???? hmmmm, let's just say you take the white ball top, a 5mm RGB LED and our new hollow shafts... RGB joysticks are now completely possible.  We received the pictures from our vendor a few days ago.  We expect sticks in next week that will allow for RGB installations on:
Happ Super
IL Eurosticks
Happ Competitions
Suzo 500's
X-arcades
Sanwa JLF
Ultimarc Mag-Stik Plus
All shafts will allow for a 5mm LED on top, will fit in our custom ball top threading and we will be stocking RGB LEDs with wires already attached for easy installation.

Oh, I almost forgot... for all you classic repro buffs... we are working on releasing an exact reproduction of Nintendo cabinet buttons:

We will be doing all the classic colors, with micro switches and leafs.  Plus we will be adding in a number of new colors, including translucent and lit buttons.  So keep your eyes out for this one!

RGB ball tops can not be substituted at this time, the shafts are completely different.

Perfect 360's, we have a surprise that will answer that coming out this spring :)

Do you know when you'll be getting the green led pushbutton with color inserts in? That's really the only thing I need to top off my order from you guys. I would go ahead and order but I'd hate to pay separate shipping on just two buttons.
