Anyone know where I can purchase an "Astro City 2 player control panel"?  preferably without the joystick/buttons.

[AkihabaraShop] have them.

[Starcab] also have them but their site seems to be down at the moment.

Lizard Lick carries the blank panels with no art:

You can get repro Astro City art from a few places, including Game on Grafix:

One note about applying the repro art - be very carefull when tightening the 6 bolts that hold the control panel on.  The bolts at the corners twisted the artwork a bit when I bolted mine down.  I wasn't paying attention, so perhaps if you go slow and make sure the bolts don't turn from the top you can avoid it.

appreciate the thinks guys just what i needed!
just another quick question, i currently got sanwa joystick on my cab that im using but im having issues doing diagonal directions on one of the joystick, i believe it may be the restrictor plates?  what do you recommend is the best for street fighter games?  the octagonal shaped ones?  can these also also be purchased anywhere on their own??
cheers ! :)

Lizard Lick also has joysticks and parts, including the restrictors:

I can't answer your question about which is better though.  I'm still messing around with game loading on my New Astro and Blast City, so I haven't played enough to tell which is better.  I ordered octagonal for the Blast and square in the New Astro, so once I start actually playing them I can see which I like better.
