"Alright, you primitive screwheads, listen up"
My favorite line. :)
Rick:
"Well, hello Mister Fancypants."

You got to meet the king? That's awesome
"Sure, I could have stayed in the past. I could have even been king. But in my own way, I *am* king. "
"They move. They breathe. They suck."

It was, indeed. He came to a signing at Indigo Books in Toronto for "Make Love... The Bruce Campbell Way", and I got him to sign that as well as "If Chins Could Kill: Confessions of a B-Movie Actor" and (of course) my copy of "Army Of Darkness". While we were all waiting in line (it was a big line) he came out, and had a brief Q&A with everybody. One guy asked if he was going to be in Spider-Man 3, and if he was going to have a "bigger role" in that one. (This was, as you might have guessed, in between the filming of Spider-Man 2 and 3.)
Bruce said, "Hold on a second. I had *HUGE* roles in both Spider-Man 1 AND 2! I mean, come on. *I* gave him the NAME 'Spider-Man' in the first movie, and in the second one, *I* was the only guy to DEFEAT Spider-Man! I stopped him from meeting his true love in that movie - what's bigger then THAT?!" I was totally impressed, and everybody laughed out loud... (I have since seen the same question asked a bunch of times on different vids on YouTube, so either people have heard this before and are imitating it, or the guy was a plant from the get-go. I'm hoping it wasn't the latter.)
Otherwise, I'll spare you the pic I have of me meeting Bruce for the first time. I was totally geeking out, and you don't want to see a fat twenty-something geeking out and drooling over the most famous niche actor of our time.
;D
Ginsu Victim:
I missed him on the "Chins' tour. I had to work. My friend went and got his book signed, though.
I plan on going to whichever horror convention comes closest the soonest. Pretty much can't miss the guy at most of those.
