I used http://www.getpaint.net/ to modify the images.

I figure both verisons lets you do more if there's something in the png version you did not like.  ;D

Edit: In theory the changed versions should print the same as your original...if they don't let me know and I'll figure out why.

Thanks a ton - I'll let you know how it goes.  Cutting out the rounded sections is going to be tough...
