with redbox, do you have to return it to the same Kiosk?

By model, I mean business model. Going to a kiosk to rent and return videos isn't much different from the old video store model.

Enjoy $9 unlimited digital while it lasts, the sell it cheap and make it on volume seldom works for anyone besides Wal-Mart.

The price is going to go up or NetFlix is going to go under.

Bleeding money like crazy??  Have you looked at their earnings?  Revenue is up, net income is up, and subscriber base is booming.  Not to mention that increased digital means lower postage costs for them, which means MORE profit per subscriber.  They're definitely throwing a ton of money for streaming rights, but I'd hardly say they're bleeding money when you look at the rest of the rental companies around.

You really just love pissing in every bowl of cheerios you find, don't you?

No you can return it to any Redbox kiosk.   But, of course, it has to be "Redbox" (not competitors).

Redbox is good.   It's not like going to the video store because I'm at 7-11 anyhow to get my coffee and smokes.   You can't beat a dollar and I never have a problem dropping it off on time since, again, I'm there anyhow.  But, on the downside, their selection has never been extensive other than new releases.

I still haven't taken the Netflix plunge but they're making it harder and harder to resist with these new delivery options.
