I've made a new version of my PhotoSkin. PhotoSkin is a widescreen skin, designed for the new generation of PC's with 16:9 aspect ratio monitors. PhotoSkin-Portrait will display two alternating 648 x 840 jpeg images (hence portrait orientation) at a user-specified interval.
Here's a screenshot.
I'm working at packaging the skin into a zip file if anyone would like to try it out. Because I'm just drawing the background in MS Paint, the background .bmp compresses to next to nothing in a zip file. The complete skin directory should be way less than 1 mB zipped. A benefit of using MS Paint is that it is extremely easy to change the background colors on the BMP. Simply sample the color in MS Paint using the eyedropper, and then fill, using the paint bucket, with whatever color is preferred.
Let me know what y'all think.
