Shelled MA... have an issue.
« on: August 15, 2010, 08:17:44 pm »
So my new cab is all done (pedestal style) will post pics soon... however, after setting up the computer to hide windows, shelling MA... the batch file in my start up folder to run LED Blinky gets bypassed. How can I fix this?

CTRL-P for Prefs, go to first tab and look at the bottom where LED Blinky info goes.

Arzoo has detailed instructions in his PDF for LEDBlinky that explains precisely how to setup LEDBlinky to work with MA.

Ditch the Batch Files, etc.

Yeah I saw that but it seemed to run different animations/button settings for each emulator, etc. Wanted just one animation to start playing when it turns on and not stop...

Under options there's a way to run a program at start, that worked.

Just define a single scheme for FE Active and that should do it for you. You might run into trouble using the batch file approach, plus won't that make the animation continue while you're playing a game?

Yes, running a program at start in another approach to solve your problem.  Especially if you want it to retain your configuration like worked before you shelled it.
