This one is the one I purchased along with the overlay.

FlatEarth:

gShooter,
Have you tried your new CP on the Galaxian cab?  I am very curious to know if it fits, if it does I may order one myself!

gShooter:

It fits fine.  I'll post some pics tomorrow.

-  Finished almost all of the white and black painting today.  Just have the shelves left.  Gotta work the powered speakers (X-140s) in the shelf tomorrow.  If all goes well, might even get to play a few games.

- swapped out the screws for carriage bolts on the trackball (carriage bolts from Crow River)

- swapped out the pushbuttons for convex pushbuttons

Crayola:

I tried an original Galaga control panel on the Galaxian cab.. didnt fit.

Never tried the multicade ones arcade shop sells. They might fit.. dont know

Got a fair amount done today....not as much as I wanted, but a solid amount.

Here are the pics I promised:

Speaker Installation

* The speaker install went fairly smooth.  For the future, or next build, I will buy a hole saw.  The Porter Cable jigsaw I have will be going back for the Dewalt I should have purchased.

Control Panel Dry Fit

* The control panel is pretty simple.  There is a small 1/8-1/4 inch gap along the edge of the panel.  I think that a small strip of auto door edge molding will make it snug.
