Looking for active or retired military in Orlando

(1/2) > >>

shmokes:
I'm taking my daughter up to Disney World for her 4th birthday.  Tickets are crazy expensive.  I found a great deal on tickets at Shades of Green that lets active or retired members of the military get 4-day tickets for $99 for themselves, friends and family.  I've got quite a few military friends but they are all either overseas or in California or Utah.  In order to take advantage of this deal someone with a military ID has to come to the park and activate the tickets in person.  If you know anyone there's a bottle of nice whiskey in it for them.  Or $100.  Or good karma.   ;D

WhereEaglesDare:
Where are you at?  Do you live in Orlando?  I can get them but Im in Georgia.

shmokes:
I live in Miami, but I'm in Orlando now.  Planning to go to Disney on Tuesday (my daughter's birthday).  The problem is, I think that if you get them out-of-state, on a base, for example, they still have to be activated at the park by someone with a military ID.  Otherwise my friends in California would have picked them up for us.

Ed_McCarron:
The lawyers trying to cheat the system.  Go figure.   :D

Didja check AAA's prices?  They usually have them for a discount.  What about the FL resident discount?

WhereEaglesDare:
Yea but then you still cant get into shades of green, and it is real nice.
