Way to set a message or popup before a game loads?

Is there a way to set MA to show a message before a game loads? I want something to pop to say "Hit the Player 1 Coin Button to eliminate any noise while playing." (or something to that effect) before DS games.

Yes, you can enable a loading screen then make one in the theme editor that has what you want on it
The only problem is I think that there is only one loading screen so you could only do it for one emulator

That will work, I only wanted to have it pop up before DS games. Thanks a lot, I'll try it out tonight.

yes, it's called No$GBA

There's also a program to launch it called No$Zoomer that will make it full screen and enable a few other features (such as a noise suppressor).

It works very well except there's a lot of noise. The noise suppressor works very well but for some reason there isn't a way to keep it on, need to hit a key to turn it on every time you load a game, and some times multiple times during games... hence my want for an alert telling people what key to hit to suppress any noise they might here during play.
