Blackus:

Hi
I have a cabinet with the 14 ice button and a ice trackball all with led s.

I have 3 LED-WIZ but i don't have understood well like connecting them. You can help me?

So.. I must connect every cable (3 for every led) to input that they go from 1 to 32, then a fourth cable of every led (that with a red line) I go connected to the GND.

They then remain USB 5V and the four taken (1-8, 9-16, 17-24, 25-32). To what they serve? Where I have to connect ??

BobA:

The bank voltage select lets you use the +5V USB or and external voltage source.   You can only get 500 ma from USB so if your total LEDs are more then that you need an external 5V supply.

And the 4 connectors on the left to that they serve?

Care instead the +5V as I make knowing if the usb it is enough or if I have need of the +5v?  It convene to me to prescind to connect the +5v for sure being?

BobA:

Doing a calculation on your LED setup you need 20 ma for each led color so RGB is 60 ma each x 15 = 900 ma.   You need to drive 45 outputs so you need 2 LEDwiz boards to do that.   If your outputs were spread evenly between 2 boards and you are just under the max of 500 ma per board.   As long as your computer or powered hub can provide the full 500ma per usb outlet you can get away with using the USB power and do not need an external power source.  So wire 7 LEDs to 1 LEDwiz and 8 LEDs to the other.

ok thanks.
Ok perfect therefore dividend the 14 1 LEd rgb on the two cards I do not have problems and I do not have need of the 5v. Good.    For the connector to sx of the board? To what They serve?
