Exit... twice.

Hey MA gurus,

Once in a while I have to hit Exit on MA twice.  The first time exits the game to a black screen.  The second press brings you to MA.  At first this only happened on the Kega emulators but MAME will do it as well which makes me think it's MA.  I also stopped my hard drive from going to sleep to see if that was it but it still happens.  Not a huge issue but I'm trying to get the cab perfect ya know?

OK so am I changing the esc -> end in the emulator or in MA?  I'm not sure why this is done, isn't one key as good as the other or is it a quirk of MA?
