The robotic arm would be real cool.  How about a HUGE setup like the one depicted in the CIA on Clear and Present Danger (special super encore 5-in-a-row presentation on TNT last weekend  ::) ).

The LCD marquee is not dead. I have code that works, now I just need to implement it.

I have 2 250 disk cd changers if anyone is interested in hacking them into their dreamcast.

I agree with what most people here said, put it behind the coin door or wait for an emulator.
