Looks good. This too, was the first one I ever repaired (New Peter Chow power supply, new joysticks and re-seat Ram, not bad for $100) and still have. Usually the first one anyone tries. Great game.

Congrats man! You know Im still working on mine. I have a couple issues, monitor board is messed up, but I can get it to work, somtimes...And the CP drives me nuts cause its all messed up and warped. I replaced the speakers/shelf, marquee and glass, and made a new bezel with some art my friend did. Its coming together but its taking forever haha. Im new too, the novelty is TOTALLY still there. The funny thing is some guy is selling a MVC cab for 100 bucks, is in great shape, and lives down the street from my house lol.
Anyway, great game, one of my favorites, congrats! :applaud:

Ty ty! I really appreciate it.
I called Carl Blessing today to give him the good news also LOL If you don't know Carl he is a great guy that owns Allgood Technical Service http://www.allgoodusa.com/ these are the folks who rebuilt the board for my oddball monitor. Really nice fellow that came recommended by Rick from http://www.niemandisplays.com/
Oh and the next issue of Replay magazine is supposed to have a article about Mr. Blessing and Allgood so be sure to check it out.
Just some more good info this forum has lead me to!

The postman dropped of a little box of joy from Groovy Game Gear today! :applaud:
Swapped out the sticks and all the buttons and took her out for a spin WOW it really does make a difference.
I would have liked to get the old cherry switches vs the zippy but they seem to do ok just break at less a pressure then the cherry.
The old sticks were so cruddied up and there was some kind of gray powder in there almost like talc the bases were held on I kid you not with some bailing wire and zip tie for a spacer. :banghead:
