Maximus Arcade Forums Have Been down

The forums may be down, but the registration codes are still flowing. I’ve requested codes for Maximus Arcade twice within the past month (June/July 2010). Both times I received codes for 2.09 and 2.10 within 48 hours.
I’d like to see the site forum come back online though. It sounds like there is a willing host out there. But, in the mean time, I’m glad there is an active community here.
I’ve contributed to a number of shareware products over the years, only to see them die out shortly after (Gee, maybe it’s me). But, that doesn’t mean that I didn’t get the initial value out of it. After all, there was a try before you buy option. So you kinda know what you’re getting. And, there wasn’t an on-going maintenance fee being charged.
That said, t’would be nice to see new life for Maximus Arcade, as I think it still is a slick frontend with a future. Tack on a number of serious followers, with a nod to DeLuSioNaL and his sweet intro, theme, and dare I say “support”. I think there is enough energy, if given a path forward.

I liked the idea to pool some money together and "free" the software - make it open source and have it continue...
Since I am however a newbie here, I would like prefer someone like Delusional29 with a proper reputation to run it as people trust him.
I would definately spend some $ into it :)

FYI,
I was able to log onto the Forums as moderator and view stuff. So I'm in the process of grabbing what I can a posting it in this new forum.
As for the status of the forums, it looks like Mameseer disabled them himself. So the theory of him not paying the provider is out the window.
I actually grabbed a snapshot of the admin log showing that he did so on the 19th of June. (see below) Which would explain it.

Really too bad about the drama, MA is a great FE.
I'll keep lurking and helping as much as I can.

What really upsets me is that I tried MA for a few days and then made the leap to buy it in late June and after a few days of waiting for my reg code he sent me one. So he has no problem accepting money after the fact he knew he was essentially backing out of the program. MA became unworkable for me due to the black screen upon exiting a game which really ticked me off more.
