What does the stick respond as on the pc, is it a POV or a Joystick?

Selecting Xbox 360 / PS3 / PC
When you unpack the Paewang Revolution, it is in Xbox 360 mode by default. This means that when it is first switched on it will expect to be used with an Xbox 360. To use the Paewang Revolution with a PS3 console or PC, simply hold down the Turbo button when you connect the Paewang Revolution to your PS3 console or PC. This will change the default mode of the Paewang Revolution to PS3/PC. If you wish to change the default mode of Paewang Revolution back to Xbox 360 then simply repeat the process by holding down the Turbo button whilst plugging into the Xbox 360 console.

I believe it detects as a USB Joypad in windows, have to ask my friend to see if he can plug it in and let me know.

Great info guys. I didn't realize there were so many options out there.
Originally I was going to use Happ joysticks. The height of the CP's sides are 3 inches, which was enough clearance for the base of the happ joystick but when I decided to put the base inside the frame instead of under it... well I lost 3/4 of an inch. Luckily for me I have 2 sanwa joysticks I was going to use on other projects and well from what I hear sanwa sticks are better for fighting games anyway. Right?
Anyone have an easy way to install the sanwa joysticks on a 3/4 wood panel?
Here's a preview of the photoshop artwork (sorry I only had my crappy cell phone camera).
Great job Snaake. :notworthy: (Would definitely hire him for the another project)
This is his contact info if anyone is interested.

What happened with the HAPP stick mounting? Didn't you use a router to recess underneath and mount from underneath? You should, it drives me nuts when I see "stubby" HAPP/iL sticks installed.
3" should be enough because my wireless HAPP sticks are 2.75" in height and fits my iL sticks perfectly, see here.
You will need a Sanwa JLF-P1-S "S" MOUNTING PLATE to mount in wood and also use a router to recess as well. Cost of one is $6.95 from Lizardlick.com

I was going to route the recess but as I mentioned by installing the bottom piece of wood (look at the white melamine piece in the above pics) in between the sides I lost 3/4 of an inch. So the available space is 2 and 1/4 inches.
I've seen people install the sanwa sticks without that S mounting plate. I just can't seem to find it. I'll post more pics this weekend.
Thanks mwong for all your help (and pics)

Hey Mwong is that fight stick with the red/white/blue buttons yours? I wanted to know what size holes those are in the front (the player 1 button). I need to do something like that for the bartop I'm building.
