Wiring is super simple. It hooks up via USB. You can also add up to eight buttons via the built-in encoder.

Add the medium spring and circular restrictor for the best stick possible. (Also, try the longer shaft for installing in wood)

You can also use a front end with a U360 plugin to load custom maps for the stick.  Personally I use GameEx and it works great, I believe Mala also has a plugin.

I like the stock, lighter spring myself.
