Doesn't appear to be meant for anything much larger than a small to mid-size passenger car. This size of those tires on the dolly is the first clue there. Point being, no motorcycle is ever going to be hauling one of the heavy trucks.

I can also see what I thought was some sort of hydraulic or shock assembly around the wheels, but if you look carefully you can see some hoses or cables around the joints leading up to the bike. There probably are some brakes in there.
