how to figure out if my pc has an PCI-E or AGP graphics card?

If you dont want to take your card out you may be able to find out by running some software. I found a thread [here] that may help.

If you know the model of your PC/mobo someone may be abe to tell you purely from that.

Are you sure you even have a graphics card?  You may be using onboard graphics.  A model number would help.

Even if you are using onboard graphics you may still have a graphics card slot.  How old is the computer?  That would give a fair indication.

SIW.exe is a great tool to use.  Under go to Hardware and system slots.  I use the freeware version without installer.
