| Gap between control panel and glass? |
| << < (2/3) > >> |
| jasonbar:
I drew up a simple model of a long rectangle of aluminum w/ several thru holes, got it machined, & then had it bent to a certain angle. Spray painted it black, screwed it to the back face of my panel, & put some foam tape on the surface that squeezes the monitor glass against the cabinet frame. Installed pics: http://i242.photobucket.com/albums/ff97/infernolab/Arcade%20Game/DrSatanInfernosHollowJrStick1.jpg http://i242.photobucket.com/albums/ff97/infernolab/Arcade%20Game/17admincontrols.jpg Amateur CAD files attached. Thanks, -Jason |

I'm using what I believe to be a rubber carpet transition strip on mine. They're available at Home Depot, etc. I've cut it down to fit. Unfortunately, no good pictures, but it works great. Ed |

rubber...carpet...transition. :) I'll see if I can get pics up, but it works great. It's very flexible, easily cuttable, and finishes it off nicely. Of course, my cabinet is now in pieces, but I'll get pics of how it works. Ed |

I used foam weatherstripping which works fine for me, but I'm interested in seeing what this carpet transition stuff is. |
