Looking at the picture of the black fan bezel, ruler and fan, the fan doesn't look like it is 250mm. Is this an optical illusion because of the way the items are placed? In the picture the fan appears to be about 220mm.

Hmmm this is what the box says:
BUT you know when I measure the fan itself it comes out to 8 5/8 inches (about 220MM)...wierd!

Definately a basis that dogged me for awhile but I think I got the correct measurements for the U360 joysticks and pushbuttons.
Im awaiting the NovaGems 2 release, so I just ordered a regular old button to test the printed measurements.
After some experimentation and a few paper recycles through the printer I think I have it fine tuned for the best fit for angle and my fingers.
This part (actually the whole CP and Marquee) seems to be the hardest part for me LOL.
If anyone wants this or any materials here please let me know and I will be more than happy to send them over...the button layout is in 300 DPI and was quite large to post in full size.
