Where is everyone getting vertical laminate cheapfor resurfacing machines?

Where is everyone getting vertical laminate cheapfor resurfacing machines? I'd like to use a more durable surface than Pica vinyl. The vinyl isn't very forgiving when you brush your machine against something. The cost is less for vinyl than I got quoted for laminate. Any suggestions???
