100$ price tag on that. Will it double up as a dumper, or is it strictly read-only for playing? If you can dump with it, hopefully it will make the redump.org and no-intro projects a bit more mainstream and manageable.

according to IGN, you can play the game directly from the cartridge, or save the rom to your PC ... i do agree that the price is a little steep though

Nononono, 100$ may sound steep at first, but common snes dumpers (Super Wild Card DX2 64M, for example) can run 200usd and even up to 400usd!

It's steep because 99% of every SNES and Genesis game are already available in ROM format anyways.

Granted it is neat and I think it would be cool to have one just because the thing exists. But to slap down $100 for it? I dunno, If it was some sort of open source project where I could assemble and build the thing myself, then it might be fun.

It's just a matter of being a little late in the game.
