This is an extension to the other iPad thread, so throw your apple hate here.
(for the record I am still an amiga fan) also, I am not an iPad fan. I threw away 500 of my dollars when I could have easily kept them.

Anything specific or just basic buyers remorse?

Don't drink and buy stuff online. :D

My iTouch is one of my favorite devices. I'm curious because I got my hands on the iPad at Best Buy last night for the first time. I was a little surprised how large it was. A little uncomfortable to use. They didn't have Internet turned on so there was not much you could do with it. I was a little underwhelmed but my 12 year-old absolutely loved it. My kids would use the heck out of it if we had one.

I think it's retarded that it doesn't have a built-in webcam for using Skype or iChat. I think it should have far better support for streaming media, i.e. Samba AND DLNA (it bewilderingly supports neither). But other than that I can see a million things I'd use and love it for. Kindle books, PDF reader, streaming media (no SMB, but there are still options, also Netflix now and Hulu soon), epicurious, weather, some cool games (dungeon hunter, geometry wars), browsing the web comfortably on the sofa, newspaper/magazines (NYT and popular science both look awesome), and a bunch of other cool apps that I won't mention cos I've gone on too long already.
I'm not gonna get one now because I don't have the money, but even if I did I wouldn't get one because it has no webcam. But if it did, that'd probably be enough for me to overlook the other problems. It certainly doesn't seem horrible and it has a million apps, many of which look great.

I love the fact that America is a place where people can ---smurfette--- about a product they didn't have a thing to do with developing, didn't invest any money in, or have any intention of buying.
If you don't want one, don't buy one. Seems pretty simple to me.
If you think Apple is so bad at anticipating market trends (of course don't let the fact that the iPhone has surpassed Microsoft Windows Mobile and is gaining on RIM influence you at all) or user desires, then don't invest any money in Apple Stock.
PC users probably just need something to do while they wait for Microsoft products to reboot after crashes.
That would account for all the time PC users spend bashing Apple products.
