Making Text Larger in Maximus arcade

I have switched out my lcd monitor for an old television, i like the way the games look now, but the size of the font in maximus arcade still looks a little rough. i already have it at its lowest resolution but is there a way to make the font larger.

the only part that is hard on the eyes is the game lists
