A 12V amplifier makes sense if you plan to power it from the computer power supply. Otherwise, I would recommend an AC powered amp instead. For example: Pyle Home PCA1 It's only 2.2W @1% THD, but that should be plenty loud for MAME. Higher wattage models are available if you think you need more power. Usually just for powering (charging) usb items. Sort of like USB on a wall charger. |
