LED control from Mame--in over my head again?

It's probably already supported.  I added generic HID support to mamehooker a few versions ago, one would just have to get the spec sheets for the device and write appropriate scripts.

Wow! Fantastic work here. I'm the creator of Pixelcade active marquees http://pixelcade.org and am thinking to add some in game events to Pixelcade marquees. I read through the various threads on mame outputs and sorry if I missed it, but is there a list of mame outputs by game with a description of the output and when it fires. Like for example in ChaseHQ, lamp0 and lamp1 when the siren triggers. In my case, I use LEDBlinky and then would create some configs and associated artwork in LEDBlinky for mame outputs that would be interesting for Pixelcade Marquees, thanks!
