| Joystick sticking?!? |

I just built my cp but sometimes i have probs with the joystick "sticking". Ie when i start a game the character might move right or left, or maybe the character wont move for a bit etc. Not too sure? Any ideas? Im using t-sticks. thanks |

Have you checked to make sure one of the wires hasn't gotten down around the joystick shaft and is messing up the switches? Make sure they are tied out of the way. |

You mean it moves on its own? That could indicate a short somwhere inside. And if you can't move anywhere that could indicate more than one short. Are your wires insulated well and connected securely? If you're using a barrier strip you may wanna check that the wires aren't crossing over each other. I would also check up around the switches themselves. Watch the switches as you start a game and have problems. Get a screw driver up in there and try to manually close the circuits with the end. It really could be a number of problems so it's hard to say... |

It usually only happens at the start of games. After i move it around for 5 seconds or so, it works fine.. |
