Thanks adidas, Ya I spent 2 1/2 days playing around and setN it up. To get more than half my emu to play games I have to change the names of my roms.......It does look amazing! But for now I will just have to make MA look as good as I can.

Why?

When using hyperspin your rom sets have to be named using the no-intro naming system or else they won't be recognized. If hyperspin had an xml with no intro AND goodset.. now that would be awesome. But I imagine it already takes them a long time to set it up for one naming format.. hvaing to do another one would probably slow down the project.
mame games work fine though.. if they work in mame they work in hyperspin. The only ones you might need to worry about are the console games. If your naming looks something like this
mario bros. 3 (ver.A)(us)(!).rom then it's probably good set ..
if it looks like this
mario bros. 3 (USA).rom then it's probably no-intro

Well, because of how the themes and artwork is done we had to agree on a specific naming convention. No-Intro contains only GOOD dumps or roms, no overdumps, underdumps, hacks, etc. The No-Intro roms are the closest dumps to the original carts that you can get and this is why we stuck with the No-Intro naming. So, if your rom sets are No-Intro sets then you should be good to go. If your roms are pieced together sets that you randomly downloaded from rom sites then you will have to rename your roms.
The trick is to learn rom management and how to use CLRMamePro for rom auditing and re-naming. If you are a MAME fan and use MAME then you should know how to use this anyway. Search google for CLRMamePro rom renaming tutorials and you should learn enough to have your roms named correctly.
If not, please wait while we complete our tutorials as Rom Management is going to be one of them.
