updating a driver from mame 0.142 to the latest mame, anyone that can help?

So i have a version of mame 0.142 that enables the use of coin hoppers or ticket dispenser in the proper way to use,i also have the nodified driver that enables it, works like a charm. I dont use it for comercial purposes. I would like to update this modified driver to be able to compile it with the latest mae. Its anyone interested? Thanks for the help.

I reckon if you're smart enough to code in hopper support, you're smart enough to change the text in a few lines. It looks quite straightforward.
