The pictures are awesome!! I can't believe you fit all that on one wall. It looks cool! Brutus seem smaller then I remember him, I guess your cab must be bigger then I thought it was.  Thanks for posting the pics, I love seeing my art in different game rooms! ;D

First of all, what an AWESOME friggin' cab!!!!  You have waaaaay outdone yourself here.

This question might already be answered in the forum, but I couldn't find it.  I have the Logitech Z2300 speaker system, as well, and if I get it anywhere close to my monitor is freaks everything out (since it's not magnetically shielded... go figure).  How did you deal with this issue?

I'm not sure I understand your question.  You're saying the t.v. is getting interference from the speakers?  I've not had that happen, but I am continually blowing the fuse inside the sub for some reason.  I need to check my wiring at the volume control, as I bet I've grounded something.  Thanks for the compliments by the way!  I really appreciate it!

Try having the season that the Hawkeyes had. :badmood:  15 players had various run ins with the law from under age drinking to credit card fraud.  This was one season I would like to forget.  Still it is good to see the Big 10 in the championship game.  Go OSU!!!

After visiting Mountain's house today and checking out his awesome cabinet, I was inspired to solve my video card issues.  Well, he suggested a system restore.  I checked into it and I didn't think it would work as it only let me go back to August, but I'll be damned if it's not running like a top!  I have no clue what happened or when it happened, but I was finally playing Galaga again with component and I'm stoked.  So, thanks Mountain!  Such a simple fix. :dizzy:

I grew up on the OSU campus and this is awesome to see. Your cabinet is literally a work of art. Sorry about the game >< Did someone from Texas sabotage your cab?
What if this weren't a hypothetical question?

Well, the end of the original Varsity Club is here.  I sold the gpwiz maxes to another member today.  It made me very sad to see them come out.  What made me even sadder was to see how fast they came out compared to how long it took to put them in! :banghead:

And now, the rest of the story.  I am turning the Varsity Club into a pedestal.  I have a student who is building a machine and I have decided to give him the telivision.  I have a 42" plasma in my basement and I feel that the arcade is better suited for that.  So I will keep this thread updated as progress evolves.  I'm a little upset, but at the same time I'm relived that the conversion has finally started.  I have plenty of other cabinets, like the Ms Pacman shell I bought off Mountain and some others that I can revert back to if I really want a stand up cabinet. :'(

Your cab was a work of art.  I am sure your change over will also be great.  I look forward to seeing how you construct your new pedestal.

I finally decided to get started back up on the Varsity Club.  I installed the Ultimarc joysticks in tonight.  I'm also planning on switching back to the Ipac4, so the wiring will start once again. :banghead:  Since I had 49 ways on there before, I will have a good reason to cut all of the wire ties, that doesn't mean I'm looking forward to it!  Here are a couple pics of the underside mess I get to work with and the new joys in place.
