MAME CTRLR file for X-Arcade and XBOX 360 Pads

Any chance you can re-upload this? I started modding the original but I had some stuff wrong with CPS1 versus the other boards.

I know this is really old, but I, too, would greatly appreciate the latest version of this file being uploaded again.

This file seems perfect for what I need, but I need the latest configuration updates as I'm not sure of what to change.

@uVSthem any chance you kept a copy of this CTRLR file?  The website is dead and Kink hasn't logged in since 2018.
