I sent him a message on You Tube and told him to get his parents to help him with money, tools and woodwork.. Then join the forums here, use the computer that he has and make a basic arcade game. A wooden case, a MiniPAC, buttons and some 8-way sticks...

He's got the creativity, just limited on a kids budget..

Anyway I made some ghetto stuff when I was a kid. Ie. Ghostbusters Proton pack with household items... To me it was awesome but looking back I would think it was aweful compared to the ultra realistic stuff made by the enthusiasts.

Agreed on both counts... he's just a kid and that's a pretty good job on the software.  Really needs a better box cutter though!   ;D

I felt the same, after the first video. I compared it to what I could do at that age, but I guess not everyone's both a geek and artistic.

However he redeemed himself with part II. Showed he wasn't just taping up cardboard and satisfied leaving it at that.

I look forward to seeing what else he does.
