Cannot get my monitor or marquee to power up. Something wrong?

You can wire up the switcher since the pads on the JPAC don't go anywhere, but you don't need to if you aren't powering an actual board. In fact, I would lose the switcher altogether (if you run it without a load, then you can kill it). If you want lights for your coin doors, I would tap into the +5 or +12 (depending on the bulbs in question) from your PC, but I would also leave that for last. I never run an arcade switcher in a cab that I am running a JPAC in.

RCA may be referring to the tube. If you can take a picture of the monitor chassis (the circuit board), perhaps someone can identify it. Alternatively, check the myriad of stickers and look for a model number (likely starts with WG and includes four numeric digits).

Right off hand it appears to be a K7400 series of sorts, like a WG25K7401 or something. And no, it does not "require" an isolation transformer. Won't hurt it, but doesn't require it.
If you can't find a specific WG # look on the chassis for a screenprinted or little white paper label with a "P###" number on it and we can identify it by that as well.
(like P763)

POWER!!!!
Thanks so much for all the help! I finally got it up and running.
I haven't bothered to check the monitor for the info only because the cab used to run an iso when I first got it when it was Midway Open Ice...for that reason..and because most would tell me that its all around a better idea to run one anyway..I have decided to just use it regardless. On that note though...there is no harm in running an iso and still grounding it via the wire ran from it..right?
Honestly I cannot thank you guys enough. My cab is almost done..and if it weren't for the broken hard drive yesterday..would be pretty much up and running. I will post some pics when it is finished to show everyone what your help and support has resulted in.
Thanks again!

I don't see a problem with running the monitor that way.
